Without proactive estimates from our side, it was challenging to keep plans on schedule. Product Order: The initial sample deviated significantly from the expected design based on the provided illustrations, with several deficiencies. Despite requesting revisions, the subsequent samples still lacked in quality, necessitating further requests for modifications. Summary: Custom orders are not recommended. The overall process, including necessary revisions and delays due to the Lunar New Year, took three months to complete. While I appreciate the effort of the team, I would not place a second order.
